Features
- Dies steel-based metal powder specialized for 3D printer powder for molds
- Higher thermal conductivity than Maraging steel, effective for mold cooling
- With SLM molding, heat treatment after molding can be performed to ensure the same hardness and toughness as SKD61 while still being molded.
- Applicable to mold repairs due to components close to SKD61
- Surface treatment (nitriding and PVD treatment) similar to conventional die steel are available.
